1st class customer service and a human person not a automated moron machine voice.

100% barclays customer service team explained everything step of the way . Updated me with where they're investigation was at what stage now. English accents . Very patient when explaining again to me if I was confused etc. 100% for helping me/the customer sort my problem as quick and as unconfusing as possible. .... barclays are galaxy's ahead in the treating of all their customers problems questions enquiries etc. No other bank or any companies customer service teams when I have had to contact them for help to resolve an issue etc b4 .gave me 0 stress or spoke to me so professionaly. Updated me regularly on where they were at and what would be happening next etc. Barclays actually do care about helping their customers /US.. Get the best experience from their company. ... I have told my son and daughter in law why to move to barclays from lloyds. Also my parents from Yorkshire Bank who they've used since 1977/78. They've struggled with speaking to and getting through to customer support just during this year on 2 occasions via the telephone. So had to do a 35 mile each way and go into their branch. Both retired 70 years young now and both certain disability issues and general health ailments. So no more, they are scheduled a chat with a barclays advisor for information on the procedure to swap over also.... seriously give them a call. Reviewed on: 13th December 2018

A few years with barclays now. Had a cash machine keep 100 pound of my money in the machine. Barclays took over and we're brilliant. Reviewed on: 12th December 2018
