re-mortgaged which was an overly long process that could have been made smoother by the bank's service providers. However the rates were competitive.

It was so refreshing applying for a credit card and money transfer with Virgin as the service is actually better than you would expect all the way through. Full explanations, clear instructions (how unusual) efficient and easy to use. Lovely and definitely superior to the other major providers
