I have only good things to say, everyone I have dealt with from support, they are professional and have always fixed any issue I have had.
And it's still the best current account on the market, it may lack a few 'neat' features compared to other 'challenger' banks but equally I have not experienced any issues like I have had with them. Definitely leading for stability.

I have been a fully switched over current account holder for roughly a year now and hands down has been the best "banking experience" I have had to date, where my previous accounts have been held with the likes of FirstDirect, HSBC, NatWest.
Starling is so far ahead of these traditional brick and morter banks that it now just doesn't compare, what Starling offer, the instant notifications and feedback on purchases and getting notified of any upcoming transactions is just a few of the many things I really love about Starling.
Beyond this, the customer service experience is second to none, I thankfully have had to have very little contact but the times I have my problems/queries have been resolved.... every time.

Starling bank is leaps and bounds ahead of the old og banks, better technologies and far superior instant control on things like locking your card and paying someone. Not to mention inbuilt money awareness and round up savings! The marketplace is also genius.
Definitely recommend this to anyone!
