A pleasure to bank with

The most friendly customer experience

I moved from a long established high street bank to Metro Bank after being treated poorly three years ago. Opening the account and getting my debit card took under 30 mins, they walked me through online banking and the mobile app. Any telephone enquiries I've had are always answered and dealt with promptly and by staff who are happy to help. Visiting a branch for face to face banking is never a chore. Friendly and knowledgeable staff always please to help. Take it from me, you won't regret moving to Metro Bank!. :-) Reviewed on: 24th December 2018
