Since proved otherwise) and process started again. 3 months later, 20+ phone calls later and advised loan approved by complaints manager and on the day the money due to hit the account..... it was ‘declined’. If it wasn’t so spectacularly frustrating; the level of corporate dysfunction would almost be impressive!
