Have been with DL for a couple of years and pay extra for emergency call out - disappointing, when we had a vigorously leaking tap - they simply sent someone out to shut the water off rather than fix the problem. Apart from that, they seem okay.

I have enjoyed being a customer with Ratesetter - their returns, whilst not setting the world on fire, have been consistent and they have been nothing but transparent about having to reduce the rates of return to maintain the ability to provide a return. The sale to MetroBank and subsequent move away from me as an individual being able to invest is a shame but I have enjoyed being a customer and wish them all the very best in their endeavours in the future.
