Really bad service I had to scrap my car due to mot failure with at least 6 months left of insurance which I had paid upfront.
I telephoned Saga who said I could get a refund, then I received an email saying that their admin charge was almost half of the entire years fee! MOST UNFAIR.
A manager eventually rang back to say that if I get another car in the next 10 months they would take £50 off if I insure with them.
I am an OAP with a limited income and can't afford another car, THIS IS UNFAIR and brings this insurance companies reputation to a new low, what a disgrace.
