Best mobile app for ease of use and customer satisfaction!

RBS' mobile app is amazing. The UI is extremely easy and clear to use. The app has everything you would look for to manage your account on a day-to-day basis and it makes banking so easy and convenient. My favourite feature is the pending transactions list as it keeps me right when I'm using my contactless card on my daily spends.
