Haven’t had to claim but the policy is strong and is better value than most other places however the extra charges are off putting.

The initial card is a brilliant idea however Barclaycard don’t necessarily support new to credit customers in the ways that they may benefit.

Branches look very smart and people are helpful although some processes seem very disjointed and people don’t seem to communicate internally
