Signed up to get cash incentive, but very clear and easy to use online banking. If you phone them a human answers within a few rings- very good!

First Direct actually do always answer the phone with a person when you ring. No endless 'press 1 for x, press 2 for y...' automated nonsense. This does make a massive difference.
