I have a 123 account which pays a reasonable amount of interests on the full balance; though I remember the days when you received no interests on the balance in your current account.
Online banking is easy to use via the Santander app but service in the branches can be a bit dismal; even on quiet days they only have one cashier available. I tend to avoid using the branches if at all possible for this reason.
