if i could give zero stars i would.
Acorn casually cancelled a policy that was taken out and paid for online. They left a retired lady to drive a car with no insurance. When I called and asked why they didn't call to ask for what ever documents they needed, a lady casually told me that they are in inbound call centre and can not make out going calls.
POOR SERVICE. NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS WHAT SO EVER.
