I went against my initial judgement of picking a 'smaller' company based on reviews and a search engine based on my requirements for home insurance. This backfired hugely. The costs are lower, but the fees and charges extortionate. I had my policy cancelled and was charged for the pleasure for no reason. I contacted OneCallInsurance and have received no feedback or response after 4 days (even though I was given a direct email account to lodge my complaint against), and will report my case to the ombudsmen. PLEASE AVOID AND GO WITH A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY."
