Good Bank, Difficult Banking

I have always had excellent service when going to the bank with any queries or requests. However with so many branches closing especially in my local area i had to travel miles just to pay in a cheque. The new online banking app was an upgrade on the original version but still feels quite clunky to use. Reviewed on: 7th February 2019
