Relationship mangers are inept and have zero business sense

I've banked with Lloyds for business for a few years now, had terrible experiences of trying to get anything done. Their relationship manager and clients services team cannot complete the most simple of jobs. I do wonder if their Manchester office staff have some kind of drug addiction problem. Beware of incentives (text removed by Smart Money People)

Just taken out a mortgage with the above. On the mortgage pre application I was told that I qualified for a refund on the valuation fees on mortgage completion. This and other fees were paid and the process continued. Once the mortgage was completed Precise then decided to change their mind and refused to issue a refund. The overall process was not the best, they were slow with dealing with the application and seem to slow the process up even more with minor issues. (text removed by Smart Money People).
