Easy to use, does everything I want it to do

The app is good, it was easy to sign up and had no issues whatsoever yet. Really like the instant spending notifications and the ability to spend abroad with no fees. Also, the insights tools are useful for doing end of month budget, although I wish there was a way to exclude certain payments from the summary as often moving money around will be seen as a 'payment'. Decent bank

A decent bank. While opening my account they had technical issues, but had good staff who quickly apologized and sorted it out. Mobile and online banking generally good - but app doesn't work on rooted Android phones. Reviewed on: 8th February 2019

My worst banking experience

RBS made several mistakes in the account opening process (multiple complaints upheld), terrible online and mobile banking. Infuriating that almost everything apart from opening an account needs to be done in a physical branch, especially when that is not made clear when opening an account. Reviewed on: 8th February 2019

Amazing current account

Having experienced first-hand the pain of dealing with legacy banks, Starling is on a completely different level. It's also super exciting to see new stuff announced by them so often - Euro accounts just out! Reviewed on: 8th February 2019
