It was night and day in comparison to my previous TSB Business banking - everything occurs online and works which is more than what could be said for our previous bank. I would like cheque deposit imaging to really sort out the whole flow - but they've streamlined that as much as possible in the offline approach (no paying in slip, free post address etc)
