Poor customer experience

When you need to make a claim or get in contact with them at weekends, exceedingly slow to answer the phone and then told to contact other company. Would not recommend. Reviewed on: 10th August 2022

Starling was the first bank I turned to when I need a business bank account after setting up my new business. It was so simple and easy, just like their personal account. Such a breath of fresh air compared to traditional banks where you have to wait days for appointments and then that appointment can take an age. I highly recommend Starling.
