Everything works really easily and is clearly set up with keeping the customer happy and able to do things in mind, rather than making things overly complex or just out of 'traditional working practices'.

Really easy sign-up and switch process. The app is brilliant at showing me where all my money is really going and lets my 'roll up' transactions to go into different pots, meaning I'm saving a lot more money.
