Service has worsened and I'm moving my business elsewhere

I've used Reactive for a number of years as a full service landlord contract. Over the past year I've had problems getting any engineer appointments and have had to call then more than 8 times to chase bookings before finally getting an agreed appointment. The staff in the call centre are great, but they pass the call out to 3rd party engineers and never ensure the booking is made. Poor service guys and you need to improve rapidly.
I also agree with the previous review that the Head of Sales for Reactive should not be posting 5 star reviews for his own company! Poor show Ben Collis!
