Poor service

The general day to day banking and the app and website are fine. It has everything you want and need. It’s just the day to day banking in branch that leaves a lot to be desired and the amount of “upgrades” that they are doing is horrendous. Pretty much every weekend I have no access to various or even all parts of my account. Not good enough really! Reviewed on: 10th February 2019
