I have used Zopa before for home improvements and for debt consolidation, it was all online and set up within minutes, whenever I have some spare cash I can log on pay some extra with no extra cost and then my overall direct debit comes down. I like that there’s the freedom to pay extra back when I can and then I have a direct debit set up for my payment that is easily affordable. Everything is really transparent with no hidden fees and costs. The system is completely modernised, simple with no nasty surprises!
