Great customer service

I was recently holidaying in India and had some issues with my card. I contacted the bank via a chat and they helped me within minutes. I was very impressed and happy that I could use my card whilst away. I will continue banking with Chase for the foreseeable. Future. And will definitely recommend this bank to others. One query at one time

I have two credit cards with Post Office. I had a query so called the customer service team. A guy called Andrew dealt with one query and when I asked him to look at the second credit card he said I have to call again as he can only deal with one query at one time. Joke! I’m going to use that trick at work tomorrow and see what my boss has to say about this. Reviewed on: 13th March 2019
