No Cashback - "Wrong" Tandem Card

Called Tandem to ask what had happened to my cashback last month - they said it would appear on my next statement. No cashback this month - they told me I had the "wrong" Tandem card despite there being no choice when applying! and no indication of what type of card on the card. The lady I spoke to asked how I would like her to resolve the problem - I said pay me my cashback and change the card type which would have cost them £5 on two months spend - but she couldn't do that. In my opinion they are a rip off outfit. Reviewed on: 13th March 2019
