Great price and service when you buy your insurance, the issue come when you want to change something. This company has long delays for customer service via the phone and web chat.
I cancelling my insurance thinking I was trading in my car, this turned to dust and when I contacted the company and asked to continue the insurance 36 hours before the end time, I was advised it could not be done and my policy will expire.
So to summarise, if you buy insurance from this company don't under any circumstance change your cover, I did and it is costing me almost 3 days wages as I still have to pay the high cancellation fee. I was invited to contact the sales team to buy new insurance. Not likely.
