Post Office credit card department issued a second card with a new pin number, changed my home address and all this without my knowledge. When I tried to get access into my account I was blocked and when I called to find out what was the problem, they have asked me one million securities questions. When I asked them for an explanation on how the fraudster managed to pass all the sensitive security questions no one could give me an answer. For three weeks I was awaiting a letter or something, they promised to issue a new card on three different occasions (still waiting). They are the worst of the worst … my personal recommendation is to avoid them …. I have closed my account since then.
