I first opened a Co-op Bank Current Account away back in the 70s but moved on to other banks. Recently I opened a new Co-op Bank Current Account online and have been able to manage my account just using their app and online banking, without ever visiting a branch.

I made a mistake with my Date of Birth when applying for a new Reward Account. I went to my local branch and was helped to correct the problem. I now have two Reward accounts and find them easy to manage using a separate app on each of my iPhones.

I wanted to change the linked current account but made a mistake. Customer service was very helpful and reset my account so that I could select the current account I wanted to link to my Chip savings account.

Although we had to go to our nearest branch to open regular saver accounts for both of us, we found the staff very friendly and helpful. As an existing customer, my wife was able to open an Easy Access account online.
