Suffered a none fault accident in March 19 having been with Tesco for a few years.
Call to report incident was quick and easy with no trick questions and understanding call staff. Transfer to a claims manager, who took details and was informative. The same claims handler dealt with claim start to finish, and was always the same person to call me.
Tesco settled at a reasonable price for my total loss, paid within 2 hours. Even paid for the car seats within a few hours too.
I was very happy with the service, when I was offered the amount for total loss the staff allowed me time to consider the offer and were not pushy or reluctant to help.
I was pleasantly surprised and I’d love to stay with Tesco but my renewal has come through too high, which is indeed very sad!
