After proving I own and use the phone, I am waiting for it to be collected, as they have no local repairs, fair enough! But if the phone is unrepairable-guess what they just told me I get a used replacement! Do not buy this insurance! They will happily look for a reason to not insure u, the staff on the phone, were very aware that their insurance was terrible, one girls chuckled that's yes that's the cover!
