Easy to set up this ISA on line, but I missed the comment that I couldn't transfer in ISA balances from previous years. When the form came to say I was transferring in this year's ISA balance it was confusing but when I phoned for help they were very helpful. Only drawback? The amount of post I received, each by separate envelope, welcome letter, passcode, letter about transfer, grid for reference on phone queries, etc. I got 4 in just one day! Certainly communicative.... overall happy with service and the interest rate is the best I could find for easy access ISA at the moment.
