I have a loan with them which is to be paid back in 6 installments. I called today to re arrange the schedule as I have just been given a very large unexpected expense which will take up most of this months wage. I explained I wanted to ensure I do not have a missed payment but would need to pay a small token payment this month and make the rest up over the next few months. I made it clear I wanted to stick the agreed amount of months but needed assistance this month. I still want to pay something and did get in touch 1 week in advance, The "account manager" I spoke to advised there was nothing he could do and if I did not pay the agreed amount I would be given a default. No flexibility for unforeseen circumstances. The advisor was extremely unhelpful and came across like I was inconveniencing him by making this phone call. Will not borrow from them again once I have paid my balance.
