Was subject of fraud and called Halifax about it. They sorted the issue straight away and gave me piece of mind on the issue. A+++

Capital One spotted fraudulent activity on my card that I hadn't picked up. They were proactive about it and phoned me instantly. They refunded me the amount and cancelled my card. Outstanding service
