The staff were great, the loan was talked through thoroughly, they were very knowledgeable and double checked that I could afford the monthly repayments without problems, very pleased with the whole process

Went in to open a current account, came out with an account and an appointment to talk about our business account!
They have an account manager at my local bank, can contact her with any problems/questions we might have, we were kept in the loop about everything while changing our bank.
All staff have been very helpful and couldn't be more pleased with the service we have received!
