I've been a Barclays customer for years. Always received good care and when I have ever had any issues or problems they have always been quick to resolve them and with good care taken. Never had any complaints in all the years I've banked with them.

Barclays are always efficient and helpful...service is excellent. However the payment for the current account is a lot. Initially it was a lower rate and this felt good value. At a higher cost the value is less making the account much less appealing.
