Easy process to apply, quick decision. Easy to use app helps me keep on top of things. Option to pay off early without penalty - customer friendly. Always able to see what I could save by paying off early. Very happy.

I have had several loans with Zopa over the years and I find the company very easy to deal with. The dashboard is easy to access and makes it clear and easy to manage your account, from paying extra to changing the date of your payment. It is also easy to see how much you have paid and how much remains as a visual - so much better to process than endless number. Thanks!
