I have been a Tesco home insurance customer for over 10 years and when I bought the policy for the first time, it was great value for money.
Because of my trust in them, I did not realised that my premiums have gone sky high, over £80 a month, my fault for not checking.
When I confronted them, they could not care less and on to top it up, I have to pay £170 cancellation.
I went back to their website, to try to get a quote, out of curiosity and to my surprise, a new quote was only £17 a month.
These people do not give a rat’s arse about loyal customers.
Never again, I will be buying anything from them.
