I opened a 2 year flexible cash ISA with Barclays. It was simple to do and was organised speedily. Basically the interest is paid at the end of term and the minimum balance is £0.00 so you don't even need cash to open the account, although I would recommend putting in at least £5.00 to start. The maximum number of withdrawals allowed during the term is 3. I would recommend this savings account to anyone looking to save.
