TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - never insure with this company!

I submitted my claim for an iPhone 5s on 2nd December. It took a full week for the claim to be accepted, and I was only notified of this after chasing multiple times. I then sent my phone by special delivery on Monday 12th December; it arrived on Tuesday 13th but I received no notification from Loveitcoverit of receipt (I had to check with Royal Mail) despite again asking several times. I was informed by a customer service representative before making the claim that I would receive a replacement phone within 3-5 working days of receipt. The website states the standard service is 48 hours. I have only today received any compensation for my phone - 38 DAYS after submitting my claim. The customer service was consistently terrible throughout– I received extremely delayed responses via email, and had to continuously chase for any updates. The cheque they said was sent never arrived, and at points I was openly lied to - a customer service representative told me the BACS transfer (which I had to request in place of the missing cheque and was never informed at the beginning was an option) would be carried out on Tuesday 3rd January, I asked for confirmation and he eventually replied over a day later (after 2 emails from me chasing) saying it would actually be done on the 5th. After I asked regarding the process to make an official complaint, I was completely ignored. I have now cancelled my insurance with loveitcover it and warned friends and family to stay away. I would recommend that no-one ever uses this company unless they are happy to go over a month without a phone, and be prepared to constantly chase to hear anything from their appalling customer service team.
