The worst experience I have ever had.
Phoned to cancel policy renewal, and subjected to repeated hard-sell despite repeatedly saying I'm not interest.
Operator refused to cancel my policy renewal unless I paid a cancellation fee, despite cancelling within allowed period.
Put me to two extremely rude managers who threatened to report me for being insured elsewhere and insisted I had to renew or pay a fine. Eventually resolved after an hour of extreme stress.
