My review was for Marston Group Limited, wonder why it is not the case so can vote against them. I work for Marston and am appalled with the way they handle both staff and customers. They have a high staff turnover despite massive recruitments and training but seem to pride themselves more for overcharging customers and staff from hiring their vehicles. It is a win-lose situation, where Marston gets to gain more and do not care about the welfare of their staff nor do their operations properly. Maybe all other enforcement might be the same or not but do believe there are better ways of collection than to send enforcement agents to people who are clearly struggling to make ends meet. The companies who hire Marston and the likes need to write off these debts since they can afford to pay bonuses to their employees. They have a social responsibility and do believe the time would come when all enforcement agencies would need to change their approach or shut down for good
