I took out a car insurance policy in February. A couple of months later we decided that we needed a better car and so decided to trade our 2 old cars in and just have one newer model car. After ringing Saga up to cancel my new policy they charged me 75 pounds admin costs for the pleasure! 25 pounds for setting up the policy which I didn't know, and 50 pounds for cancellation. Thanks Saga insurance. Please read the small print on policy before the cooling off period.
