I have a monthly income payment from my pension pot paid supposedly each month on the 27th. Have never received it yet on that date. I never know when the money will be paid into my bank account and consequently incur bank charges for their incompetence. My financial advisor is as useful as a chocolate teapot, they show no interest at all. I need to change both to get the service I was initially promised
