Utterly hopeless

I'm in the process of changing my car, it's actually the same car, just a newer version. Saga say they can't cover me for the new vehicle and they can't tell me why they can't cover me, so I'll have to cancel it (I only paid for a years cover a week ago) and arrange cover elsewhere, for which they're going to charge me £50.
