I chose Admiral for home and contents insurance after they came out top in two comparison websites. The on-line purchase was simple with easy to understand questions and a minimum of fuss. The premium was very competitive and the package suited my needs exactly. Cover was instant and the documents provided promptly. I have since not been spammed with offers or 3rd party introductions. Overall I am very happy and would freely recommend.

I opened a 1 Year Virgin Fixed Rate E-ISA Issue 109 online with Virgin Money. The account was very competitive and suited my needs exactly. The online application process was swift and easy to do. The account was set up straight away and with minimum fuss. I had reason shortly afterwards to ask a question of their support team, the call was answered quickly and the enquiry dealt with quickly and professionally. I have had problems in the past with other parts of the Virgin business and I had some early reservations about dealing with them again but I have to say, Virgin Money got it spot on and have greatly redeemed themselves.
