Very generous referral scheme too, which puts you in control of how much you really can save; my last years worth of monthly driving statements have been paid entirely through referrals.
The app is great too - staff are very easy to get hold of via live chat, and are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I have not had to claim (and hopefully will not need to) so can't relate to any experience in this area, however I cannot fault any part of my experience with By Miles to date - they've been a game changer for me!
