Bought car insurance through compare the market with auto net paid £250 next day they sent car insurance documents and they increased premium to £340 because a non fault accident wasn’t declared so phoned them they said they wouldn’t remove the £90 extra they charged as it was the broker that charged them so I went back online corrected error on application and insurance quote came through at £275 , £65 cheaper , they still weren’t interested so I wanted to cancel policy they said it would cost £50 I said the policy hadn’t even started yet so she got her manager and reduced it to £20 cancellation charge so needless to say I went with a more trustworthy company the RAC . Who are these morons working in these businesses making stupid decisions and ultimately losing a sale ?
