Cant open an account

I used to have a account years ago, don't have any account numbers. Why would I its a closed account. I want to open a 12 month fixed savings account, using a new email address, the bank holds on my profile my old email address, I cant open an account on line, I have spoken to Metro Bank 4 times over the phone, and been cut off twice today, You don't want my £30,000 fine your customer service is terrible and they lie as to when someone will call you back.
