Avoid at all cost

Avoid this company at all costs (Laura Ashley, Amazon, Marbles, Aqua etc credit cards are all the same company), currently in progress of reporting to Financial Ombudsman and seeking legal advice. Made a balance transfer for full amount two months ago, still not "received" by New Day, emailed and called on a regular basis but still no further ahead. Each time I call told something different, inaccurate information on my account led me to requesting a freedom of information act to have all information they hold on me. People on the phone promise no late charges/ interest while the missing payment is investigates, then shock.. late charges/ interest on my account. Told nothing they can do. Provided all information they have requested, to then be told wrong information, back and forth with the other company who say the information is correct and the payment IS WITH NEW DAY and has been since March. Spoke to them AGAIN today told more inaccurate information, still no payment made and they continue to insist they can't find a payment, even though the other company can clearly see it is there.
