Dreadful. They repeatedly failed to set up a direct debit thus taking me and I am sure millions of customers out of their 0% ,thus incurring massive sums of money in interest for themselves all from their own errors!
When I paid the card off they lied and said they had not received the money, so I sent it again. Then they refused to return my money to where it came from and sent a cheque in the post!!! STAY AWAY. ONE MONTH LATER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY!
