Avoid these insurers there are much better ones out there

Excessive admin charges to alter simple things on your policy such as change of address. Customer service very poor. Quick to take your money but slow to process any refunds. Unfriendly and inflexible. Gives Halifax a bad name. The worst car insurance company I've dealt with in 30 years.
